- Search and Select: Begin by browsing our available properties and selecting the one that suits your upcoming holiday needs.
- Enquire: Once you’ve found a property you’re interested in, please complete our Enquiry Form and send it to us at kalkanluxrent@gmail.com. You can also reach us by phone at +44 7557 644773 with any questions or to confirm availability.
- Reservation: After discussing your requirements, we’ll take your details and reserve the property for you. We’ll hold the reservation until we receive your completed Booking Form, which can be found as a link at the bottom of each property page and in the main menu.
- Booking Confirmation: By returning the completed Booking Form, you agree to the selected property and our Terms and Conditions of booking.
- Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking. This can be paid via bank transfer, or credit card (a 2% charge applies for credit card payments). The remaining 75% of the rental fee is due 8 weeks before your departure date.
- Breakage Deposit: We require a breakage deposit for each rental, payable by transfer or credit card. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided the property is found in the same condition as when you arrived.
